How to Install VirtualBox on CentOS 8

VirtualBox is an open-source, cross-platform virtualization platform. It supports a number of guest operating systems, including Linux and Windows, and allows you to run multiple virtual machines simultaneously.

Installing VirtualBox on CentOS 8
Perform the steps below as root or user with sudo privileges to install VirtualBox on CentOS 8:
Enable the Oracle’s VirtualBox repository:
sudo dnf config-manager --add-repo=https://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/rpm/el/virtualbox.repo

Once the file is downloaded, import it using the following command:
sudo VBoxManage extpack install Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack-6.0.14.vbox-extpack

Enter. When the installation is complete, you’ll see the following output:

Now that VirtualBox has been installed on your CentOS machine, you can start it either from the command line by typing
